We make the sauce base just the way you would yourself. Puljonki manufactures sauces and sauce bases that live up to the quality requirements of the best restaurants. The sauces are made in exactly the same way as the chefs would make them in their own kitchens. There are no corresponding products on the market, which makes it difficult for the chefs to believe that they can obtain top quality sauces and sauce bases as ready-made products. The brief was to convince London chefs about the quality of Puljonki products. We produced a direct mail shot that looked like a traditional cook book. The book describes in detail how Puljonki uses a thorough sauce-making process that lasts many days and is exactly the same as the chefs would use themselves. At the end of the book three taste sample sachets are made available. The message is crystallised into: We spend 72 hours preparing these sauce bases. So you wouldn't have to. |
